Online Sales Policy - Our online system is not linked to our inventory so any items ordered are subject to physical inventory verification and return email receipt is not expressed as a guarantee of items to be in stock at the time the order is placed. We only accept credit card purchases for online transactions. Credit card charges are not made automatically and will not be placed until the items on each order are verified to be in stock and ready to ship. Contact via email will be attempted on each order placed if an item(s) are not available or to suggest substitutions. Orders are received by Tech Point Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm (PST), and may take up to 24 hours to transmit. In some cases it may take up to 72 hours to process an order, depending on what time and date it is placed (after 3 pm Friday may not be received or processed until the following Monday). Shipping - International - Our shipping cost listed on the web site only covers the Continental US. For International order, please e-mail us for a quotation. Depending on availability, we may not ship your product from the nearest location but you can be assured of the lowest shipping cost from our global fulfillment network. Shipping Options - Our primary method of shipping is the USPS. This includes "Best Way Shipping". As such, packages are shipped uninsured and will be delivered without a signature required. Users may request and pay for a signature confirmation for delivery and insurance. If you would like either of these options, your order must be placed by calling our toll free number.Returns - All customer returns MAY be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or 10% of the total purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
